How Quick Tools handles your files, access information, cookies, and inquiries.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Files and text you use with our tools

Quick Tools (the “Service”) is designed to process files and input such as images, PDFs, and text primarily in your browser. The tools currently available do not include a feature that uploads your selected files or entered content to our server for processing.

You can review processed results in your browser or download them to your device.

Processing the files or text you provide is different from network requests used to display the site, measure traffic, and deliver advertising. Please read the sections below for information about third-party communications.

2. Information handled when you visit the site

Opening a page involves network requests to deliver the page and its resources. Connection information, such as the date and time of access, pages visited, IP address, browser and device type, and referring page, may be received and logged by our hosting provider or content delivery providers.

This information may be used to operate the site, maintain security, investigate technical issues, and understand site usage.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the Service is used and improve it. Information related to page views, visit times, browsers and devices, approximate locations, and cookies may be sent to Google.

For information about how Google handles this data, see:

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We have added Google AdSense tags to the Service to support advertising. Loading these tags or delivering ads may involve requests to Google and third-party advertising vendors or ad networks. Network requests may occur even when no ad appears on the page.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may collect information through cookies, other identifiers, web beacons, and IP addresses. They may use information about your previous visits to this site or other websites to serve ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables personalized ads based on your interests or browsing activity. These technologies may also be used to measure ad performance and help prevent invalid activity.

For more information on Google's use of data and third-party ad vendors, please see:

You can manage or opt out of Google's personalized ads in Google Ads Settings. For certain other third-party vendors, you may be able to opt out of cookies used for personalized advertising through YourAdChoices. You may still see ads after opting out of personalization.

5. Cookies and third-party resources

The Service may use cookies and other identification technologies for Google Analytics traffic measurement and Google AdSense advertising. Third parties, including Google, may place or read cookies in your browser and collect information using web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, although this may affect certain advertising and analytics functions. For choices about personalized ads, see the links in the preceding section.

To display pages and provide certain tools, the Service may load fonts and software libraries from Google Fonts and external content delivery networks (CDNs). When these resources are requested, connection details such as your IP address may be shared with their providers.

These requests support analytics, advertising, page display, and tool functionality. They are separate from processing the contents of files you load into the tools. Third-party providers handle any information they receive under their respective policies.

6. Contact inquiries

Our contact page uses the information you enter to open your email application. The form does not automatically submit your message through our website server. If you choose to send an email, your name, email address, and message are transmitted through the sending and receiving email services.

We use information you send us to reply to and handle your inquiry.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service or third-party services change. Revisions will be published on this page, and we will announce significant changes on the site.

8. Contact

For questions about this policy, please use our contact page. Please also review our Terms of Use for conditions of using the Service.
